Berlin Obituary: Teresa Fellows, 89

Teresa M. Fellows, 89, of East Berlin passed away Wednesday April 20, 2016 in Newington.

Born in New Britain, daughter of the late Henry and Delia (McCormack) Kane, she lived in East Berlin most of her life. She attended St. Joseph’s High School in West Hartford and was a long time parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in East Berlin. Teresa was employed in the insurance industry and also worked for Northeast Utilities. She enjoyed boating and the companionship of her two dogs.

Teresa is survived by her cousins; Rita Lombardo, Sharon Lombardo, Beth Lombardo and her husband Russell Lozis and Phil Lombardo and his wife Nancy. She also leaves her cousins children, Kyla Lozis, Samantha Lombardo and Kevin Lombardo. Teresa also leaves behind countless other cherished relatives. In addition to her parents, Teresa was predeceased by a sister, Mary Kane.

Funeral services will be held Saturday (April 23) with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Church, 48 Cottage Street, East Berlin. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, New Britain. Calling hours will be from 8:30 to 9:30 am Saturday, before the mass, at the Farrell Funeral Home, 110 Franklin Square, New Britain, CT 06051.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
