Berlin Offers Dog Obedience, Yoga Classes
Registration for the courses will open soon.

BERLIN, CT — The Berlin Parks and Recreation Department is accepting registrations for residents and non-residents for the All Level Yoga classes and the Fall Dog Obedience classes for residents. Non-residents can register on August 12, for the Fall Dog Obedience classes. There is a fee for the programs and limited enrollment.
Now you can register on-line through our WebTrac program. Registration materials will be available on the town’s website. www.town.berlin.ct.us to mail in or to register in person. Parks and Recreation Department office, 860-828-7009. Town Facebook page www.facebook.com/TownBerlinCT

All dog classes are held at the former Pistol Creek Golf Course, 600 Spruce Brook Road, Berlin, CT. 06037. Dog handlers should be at least 16 years old. Please bring a copy of your dog’s vaccinations if not already on file to the first class. The first class for the Kindergarten Puppy and Basic Dog Obedience is held without the dog.
Kindergarten Puppy Training, Thursdays, September 12 through October 24, Basic Dog Obedience, Session 1, Tuesdays, September 10 through October 22, Basic Dog Obedience, Session 2, Tuesdays, November 5 through December 17, Better Basic Dog Obedience, Wednesdays, November 6 through December 11.

All Level Yoga - Mixed Level classes held at the Berlin Community Center, 230 Kensington Road, Berlin. Monday nights for 10 classes from 5.30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m., August 26 through November 11, (no class September 2 and October 14). Wednesday nights for 10 classes from 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m., September 11 through November 20, (No class October 23).
