Berlin PD Gifted Lights From Stanley Black & Decker

The portable, battery lights will help local police conduct nighttime investigations.

BERLIN, CT — Local police recently were the beneficiaries of a donation from nearby Stanley Black & Decker in New Britain.

According to the Berlin Police Department the company, represented by Ed Aresimowicz and Paul Bak, donated battery-powered portable lighting to the BPD.

Police said the lights are useful to help them investigate at night.

" Proper lighting has been a challenge on some of our scenes and this will help us work safely and more efficiently," wrote the BPD on Thursday, Oct. 7. "Thank you for thinking of us."
