Berlin PD's Newest Officer To Hit The Streets

BERLIN, CT — A new, friendly face will be seen patrolling the streets of Berlin as one of the town's newest police officers is done with his academy training.

The Berlin Police Department recently announced that Office Cole Wendehack has completed training at the Connecticut Police Academy in Meriden.

This major milestone is necessary for new officers before they can begin training locally.

Now, police said, Wendehack is undergoing BPD field training and will be seen out and about in the community.
