BERLIN, CT - Berlin arrest log:

-- Austin Kowalewski, 35, of 35 High Ridge Road, Southington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

-- Tyquan Dechalus, 19, of 174 Maple St. 2, New Britain, was charged with first-degree violations of conditions of release.

-- Jeffrey Karavas, 46, of 2387 Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct, assault, risk of injury/impairing morals of a minor, and third-degree assault.

-- Stephen Feulner, 47, 15 Washington St., Middletown, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

-- Scott Routhier, 47, of 2447 Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, was charged with two counts of violation of probation.

-- Kailey Arneth, 27, of 75 Fourth St. floor 2, New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

-- Gary Sadlowski, 64, of 28 Cynthia Drive, Berlin, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane on a multi-lane highway and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

-- Ivan Silva-Barboza, 40, of 56 Sexton, New Britain, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane on a multi-lane highway and driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

-- William Gorra, 64, of 80 Soby Drive, West Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane on a multi-lane highway and driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
