BERLIN, CT - Berlin arrest log:

- William McNamara, 25, of 2447 Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

- Crystal Santana, 32, of 433 Stanley St., New Britain, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- Dennis McLaughlin, 64, of 146 Main St., Berlin, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- Richard Murphy, 41, of 1467 Flanders Road, Southington, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
