BERLIN, CT — Berlin police log:

-- John Kaley, 33, of 35 Briar Patch Drive, Berlin, was charged with second-degree failure to appear and violation of probation.

-- Vincent Lavorgna, 35, of 93 Eastwick Road, New Britain, was charged with refusal to submit to chemical test, drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, operation of a motor vehicle with child passenger while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, operating under suspension for certain violations, and risk of injury to a minor.

-- Luis Diaz, 26, of 55 Concord St., New Britain, was charged with refusal to submit to a chemical test, engaging police in pursuit, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and second-degree breach of peace.
