-- Willie Eason, 35, of 210 Benedict Drive, South Windsor, was charged with registration of sex offenders.

-- Douglas White, 52, of 26 Albertson Road, Hamden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

-- Douglas Julian, 52, of 155 Birch Lane, Berlin, was charged with refusal to submit to chemical test, failure to obey stop sign, failure to drive in proper lane, and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

-- Ryan Gaudet, 32, of 900 E. Main St., Meriden, was charged with first-degree failure to appear.
