BERLIN, CT - Berlin arrest log:

-- Carolino Monteiro, 41, of Deep River, was charged with failure to pay/plead.

-- Genetta Bennett, 24, of Waterbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, embezzlement, and third-degree forgery.

-- Ruben Galloza, 21, of Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and public indecency.

-- Paul Boules, 24, of Wallingford, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane and DUI.
