BERLIN, CT - Berlin arrest log:
-- Paul Boules, 24, of Wallingford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane.
-- Vincent Canavan, 34, of Milford, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and following too closely resulting in an accident.
