BERLIN, CT - Berlin arrest log:
-- Angel Maldonado, 27, of Bridgeport, was charged with sixth-degree larceny/shoplifting in connection with a Dec. 19 incident.
-- Alexander Clark, 39, of New Haven, was charged with issuing a bad check in connection with a Nov. 21 incident.
