-- Ivan Silva-Braboza, 40, of 56 Sexton St., New Britain, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

-- William Gorra, 64, of 80 Soby Dr., West Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in proper land and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

-- Jean Colon, 24, of 120 Gravel St., Meriden, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

--Eileen Colangelo, 41, of 114 Knollwood Road, was charged with operating a motor vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock device, operating under suspension, failure to obey a traffic signal, and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

-- Nikolaos Spaniotis, 30, of 368 Main St., Berlin, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.
