BERLIN, CT - Berlin arrest log:

-- Kathleen Dittmar, 66, of 35 Magnolia Lane, East Berlin, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

-- John Kutmis, 52, of 55 Collins St., New Britain, was charged with driving in right hand lane and operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

-- Brian Astacio, 23, of 785 W. Main St. second floor, was charged with third-degree larceny/auto theft.
