Aug. 18

Khairi L. Benjamin, 20, of Hanmer Street, East Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 9 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 4.

Aug. 19

Juliet Rose Caponigro, 26, of Middletown Road, Berlin, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 6:40 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 19.

Nicole Pulisciano, 42, of Main Street, Wallingford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and criminal impersonation at 5:19 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 25.

Aug. 22

Kimberly Perez, 33, of South Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and assault of an elderly victim at 2 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 3.

Anthony K. Shelton, 47, of Knollwood Road, East Hartford, was charged with violation of traffic control signals, operation of a drug factory, conspiracy to operate a drug factory, and sixth-degree larceny at 7 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 4.

Tyren Javon Thomas, 31, of Brookline Ave., Springfield, Mass., was charged with failure to wear a seat belt, operation of a drug factory, conspiracy to operate a drug factory, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, second-degree failure to appear in court, and violation of probation at 6:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 24.

Aug. 23

Cristian Uppal, 41, of Reynolds Drive, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to take a sobriety test at 2:50 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 4.

Michelle M. Williams, 52, of Grove Street, East Berlin, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 8 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 24.

Aug. 26

Jessica Lee Rothmann, 44, of Steele Boulevard, Berlin, was charged with violation of a protective order at 1:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 27.

Aug. 29

Jahlil Lawrence Askew, 31, of Tremont Street, Meriden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to take a sobriety test, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 2:53 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 11.

Chelsey Marie Scanlon, 31, of Atwood Street, Berlin, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 8:58 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 11.

Aug. 30

Daniel Davis, 27, of Langdon Court, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:22 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 31.

Jasmine Wilson, 28, of Langdon Court, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:22 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 31

John Osnoe, 60, of Applegate Lane, East Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt to evade responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to take a sobriety test, and following too closely (accident) at 2:31 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 11.
