Feb. 1

Warren Christopher Smith, 43, of Middletown Avenue, Wethersfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and traffic control signal violations at 12:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 13.

Feb. 2

Mohamed Sameer Algahmi, 18, of Edbert Drive, New Britain, was charged with failure to carry registration/insurance card and reckless driving at 1:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 13.

Feb. 5

Benjamin Depaolis, 45, of Washington Street, Hartford, was charged with improper use of a marker/license/registration plate, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and traffic control signal violations at 4:48 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 6.

Feb. 6

Alex Jorge-Morales, 29, of Elm Street, Meriden, was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 4:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 11.

Feb. 11

Marek A. Orlinski, 70, of Brockett Street, Newington, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and unsafe backing at 11:44 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 20.

Joel Daniel Vazquez, 28, of Forbes Street, East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and assault of an elderly victim at 9:02 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 11.

Feb. 12

Philip John Pasco, 36, of Woodhaven Drive, Berlin, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 10:40 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 26.

Sebastiano Urciullo, 52, of York Road, Berlin, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:13 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 27.

Feb. 14

Anely Estefani Alvarez, 34, of Vineland Terrace, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:15 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 25.
