Feb. 15

Marcelino Bermejo, 34, of Clark Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to notify DMV of address change, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 1:25 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 27.

Kimberly A. Ferraguto, 62, of Kensington Road, Berlin, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:26 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 27.

Joseph Arthur Johnson, 26, of Boyleston Street, Meriden, was charged with failure to drive on the right and possession of a controlled substance at 8:48 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 23.

Justin Thomas Mathew, 24, of Andover Drive, Rocky Hill, was charged with reckless driving at 11:59 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 23.

Julian Robert Patrick, 29, of Cleveland Avenue, Bridgeport, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too closely at 5 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 27.

Jose M. Ramirez-Velazquez, 32, of South Whitney Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and second-degree breach of peace at 4:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 17.

Feb. 17

Dorita Ouellette, 68, of Skinner Road, Berlin, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree breach of peace, and threatening at 12:40 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 18.

Feb. 20

Jayden Elijah Cruz, 23, of Foxcroft Drive, Manchester, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to take a sobriety test, failure to drive in the proper lane, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 12:27 a.m. He will appear in court March 6.

Feb. 21

Niranjan Adhikari, 45, of Randal Avenue, West Hartford, was charged with illegal sale/delivery of liquor to a minor at 6 p.m. He will appear in court March 6.

Nelson Agostino Craca, 55, of Heritage Drive, Berlin, was charged with illegal sale/delivery of liquor to a minor at 5:35 p.m. He will appear in court March 6.

Brett Kummer, 37, of Overlook Drive, Windsor, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, failure to drive in the proper lane, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 1:20 a.m. He was to appear in court March 5.

Heather Nicole Weinberg, 34, of Pheasant Run, Berlin, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:40 a.m. She was to appear in court March 5.

Feb. 24

Jaden Robert Sekoll, 22, of Middletown Road, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:41 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 25.

Feb. 25

Robert Phillip Kardys, 25, of Landers Avenue, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a pistol without a permit, and illegal carrying of a firearm at 2:30 p.m. He will appear in court March 6.

Feb. 26

David Rosado, 45, of Henry Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to take a sobriety test at 5:16 a.m. He will appear in court March 11.
