Jan. 6

Nathaniel Alexander Russell, 20, of East Main Street, Middletown, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at 10:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 7.

Laura A. Kuhl, 58, of Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 12:46 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 7.

John M. Demartino, 58, of Dessmond Drive, Wethersfield, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Jan. 7

Thomas Marra, 54, of Washington Avenue, North Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree robbery with a weapon at 1:04 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 8.

Jan. 10

Danny Perez, 42, of Hudson Street, Berlin, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to obey traffic control signals, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 1:55 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 23.

Jan. 12

Charles N. Quinones, 40, of Old Colony Road, Meriden, was charged with third-degree assault and first-degree failure to appear in court at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 12.

Taariq Moore, 26, of Willis Road, Dover, Del., was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 1:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 13.

Jonathan Edward Colon, 34, of Beechwood Lane, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 13.

Jan. 15

Carolina Pupkowski, 33, of Whitman Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 29.

Sadia Islam, 27, of Lake Drive, Berlin, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, following too closely (accident), and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 3:38 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 27.

Paul Jude Demanuele, 36, of Morningside Drive, Bristol, was charged with violation of having readable plates requirements, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance at 5:27 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 29.
