Jan. 20

Obryan Simmons, 35, of Newington Road, West Hartford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 10 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 27.

Domenick Joseph Scarfo, 42, of Hartford Avenue, Old Lyme, was charged with second-degree harassment at 11:48 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 21.

Carmen M. Huertas, 34, of Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, imroper use of marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court. She was to appear in court Jan. 21.

Jan. 21

Miguel Angel Granda, 18, of Fowler Avenue, Meriden, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, and illegal possession of a cannabis plant at 9:21 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 4.

Jan. 25

Benjamin Martin, 37, of Collins Street, Hartford, was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer, traffic control signals violations, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:40 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 9.

Autumn Lynn Briggs, 27, of Pine Road, Griswold, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs with a child under 18 as a passenger, risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault at 2:30 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 27.

Jan. 29

Jesse Rocca Leblanc, 19, of Mildrum Road, Berlin, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 2:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 29.

Michael Stanislaw Adamczuk, 51, of Tollgate Road, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:26 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 30.
