Ralph Mark Carper, 58, of Robinson Run, Walton, W.V., was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court July 22.

July 18

Jamie Dowling, 46, of Episcopal Road, Berlin, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:26 a.m. She was to appear in court July 24.

July 19

Julio A. Colon, 52, of Columbus Boulevard, New Britain, was charged with violation of probation at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court July 20.

Alberto Luis Rodriguez, 41, of Millard Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 11:50 p.m. He was to appear in court July 31.

David Mangone, 55, of Pajor Hill Road, Berlin, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:15 a.m. He was to appear in court July 31.

July 21

Joseph F. Demonstranti, 48, of Secret Lake Road, Canton, was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal trespassing at 6:20 a.m. He was to appear in court July 21.

Felix J. Montalvan, 47, of South Street, Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt at fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery at noon. He was to appear in court July 22.

Christopher Leblanc, 41, of Williams Street, Berlin, was charged with violation of probation at 2 p.m. He was to appear in court July 31.

July 23

Joseph Michael Bright, 35, of Middletown Road, Berlin, was charged with threatening at 1:02 p.m. He was to appear in court July 24.

Illiana Roman, 21, of Kent Road, Springfield, Mass., was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespassing, criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 2:53 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 6.

Jessica Lee Rothmann, 44, of Steele Boulevard, Berlin, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:50 p.m. She was to appear in court July 27.

July 25

Taylor Marie Baker, 22, of Osborne Road, Berlin, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to take a sobriety test, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:55 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 7.

July 26

Zaiyirah Evyleice Symone Johnson, 18, of Flanders Road, Niantic, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, violation of traffic control signals, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 11:50 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 7.

Desmond Davon Ellison, 25, of Gravel Street, Meriden, was charged with first-degree larceny and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:28 p.m. He was to appear in court July 28.

Jessica Lee Rothmann, 44, of Steele Boulevard, Berlin, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 8:50 p.m. She was to appear in court July 28.

Aaron Scott Lehet, 36, of Spring Street, Middletown, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and violation of a protective order at 12:45 a.m. He was to appear in court July 28.

Zachary O. Nere, 35, of Town Walk Drive, Hamden, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, theft of plates/inserts, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, engaging police in pursuit, failure to display lights, possession of a controlled substance, and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, at 11:45 p.m. He was to appear in court July 29.
