Luis David Martinez, 50, of Stanley Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:46 p.m. He was to appear in court March 20.

Jacob Lee Adorno, 25, of Butternut Street, Middletown, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, failure to drive on the right, and violation of traffic control signals at 2:45 a.m. He was to appear in court March 31.

James Scott McCuin, 60, of Ingham Hill Road, Essex, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12 a.m. He was to appear in court March 31.

March 22

David T. Addy, of Hilliard Street, Manchester, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension due to a prior DUI and failure to comply with traffic control signals at 2:15 a.m. He was to appear in court April 2.

March 23

Benjamin Depaolis, 46, of Washington Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree failure to appear in court, larceny of a motor vehicle, and sixth-degree larceny at 4:04 p.m. He was to appear in court March 24.

Janet Chavez, 50, of Whitney Lane, Berlin, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 2:47 p.m. She will appear in court April 10.

Kyle Corcoran, 25, of Sixth Street, Newington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 2:22 p.m. He was to appear in court March 26.

Raul O. Miranda-Colon, 33, of Clark Street, New Britain, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension due to a DUI, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 12:21 p.m. He will appear in court April 9.
