Berlin Police Promote 2 Officers To Sergeant
Both men were sworn into their new roles during a ceremony at Berlin Town Hall this week.
BERLIN, CT — Two members of the Berlin Police Department have been promoted to the rank of sergeant, the department announced Wednesday.
BPD Youth Detective Kevin Chaffee and Officer Christopher Lajoie were officially promoted during a ceremony Wednesday at Berlin Town Hall, according to police.
"The Berlin Police Department is proud to announce the promotion of Youth Detective Kevin Chaffee and Officer Christopher Lajoie to the rank of Sergeant," police said in announcing the promotions.
