Berlin Police Raise Funds For Special Olympics
This was the 32nd year the department helped raise money for the cause.

BERLIN, CT - The Berlin Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies recently participated in the Connecticut Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run. Through support of the community, local businesses and staff members, the department raised $3272 for the cause, according to a police department press release.
The Torch Run is an annual fundraising event which was held in June. The Berlin Police Department has participated in the event for 32 years, which includes a seven-mile run through the town.
