Berlin Resident Scratches Way To $20K

BERLIN, CT — An anonynous Berlin resident Wednesday walked into a local store and walked out with a scratch-off ticket worth a nice payout.

According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., the winner purchases his or her's ticket at the Berlin Foodland store in Kensington, playing the 20X Cash 8th Edition game and winning $20,000.

The ticket costs $20 to play and carries with it a maximum, $20,000 payout.
