Berlin Seeks Ideas For Tax Credit Program For Benevolent Businesses

BERLIN, CT — The Town of Berlin is accepting proposals from nonprofit organizations for community programs to be designated as eligible for business contributions under the State of Connecticut 2023 Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit Program.

Interested organizations should submit a proposal no later than Friday, April 28, to the Berlin Town Manager’s Office, Berlin Town Hall, 240 Kensington Road,
Berlin 06037.

The program basically authorizes tax credits to businesses that donate to certain causes, the goal being to give businesses an incentive to give to the community.
