Berlin Town Councilman to Seek State Senate Seat
The Republican will attempt to gain his party's endorsement to challenge incumbent Democrat Terry Gerratana in the 6th District.
BERLIN, CT - Berlin Town Council member Charles Paonessa has declared his intention to seek the Republican nomination for state senate in the 6th District, the New Britain Herald reported.
Paonessa seeks to unseat incumbent Democrat Terry Gerratana of New Britain.
He is in his third year on the town council.
