BERLIN, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Husson University, Bangor ME

• East Berlin resident Mikayla Giana has been named to Husson University's President's List for the fall 2017 semester. Giana is a sophomore who is currently enrolled in Husson's Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Studies/Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program. Students who make the President's List must carry at least 12 graded credit hours during the semester and earn a grade point average of between 3.80 to 4.0 during the period.

Lehigh University, Bethlehem PA

• Dean's List status, which is awarded to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses, has been granted to Daniel Dunham of Berlin for the fall 2017 semester.

Stonehill College, Easton MA

• A pair of local students have been named to the fall 2017 Dean's List at Stonehill College. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered. Honorees included Anthony Adamcewicz, Class of 2020, from Berlin and a graduate of Xavier High School, and Connor Ladd, Class of 2020, from Kensington and a graduate of Berlin High School.

University of Connecticut, Storrs CT
