BERLIN, CT — Here are some recent notable achievements for college students from Berlin, as reported by readMedia Newswire.

Goodwin College, East Hartford CT

• Goodwin College's President's List for the fall 2016 session includes 309 students, all of whom scored a perfect 4.0 GPA. Berlin students are Rachel Prior and Alyssa Reindel.
• Goodwin College announces that 975 students, including six from Berlin, achieved Dean's List status for the fall 2016 session. Dean's List inclusion requires a student to earn a minimum 3.5 GPA, the equivalent of an A- average, during a given academic session. The student must also be enrolled in a minimum of six academic credits to qualify. Berlin honorees are Joshua Demorest, Janisha Hill, Jacob Mongillo, Rachel Prior, Alyssa Reindel and Emily Relyea.

Husson University, Bangor ME

• East Berlin resident, Mikayla Giana has been named to Husson University's Dean's List for the fall 2016 semester. Giana is a first-year student who is currently enrolled in Husson's Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Studies / Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program. Students who make the Dean's List must carry at least 12 graded credit hours during the semester and earn a grade point average of between 3.60 to 3.79 during the period.
