Castleton University, Castleton VT
- Castleton University student Zachary Veleas of Berlin was honored to NEWA All-Academic Team.
The New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) accorded postseason honors, and the Castleton University wrestling team, in just its first year as a varsity program, was well represented in both the athletic and academic awards. Among the 13 schools to place at least one wrestler on the Academic All-NEWA Team, Castleton finished third with 12 honorees, behind only WPI (22) and Williams (13).
Nichols College, Dudley MA

- Andrew Charbonneau, an Undecided major from Berlin, has achieved Dean's High Honors for the fall 2016 term at Nichols College in Dudley, Mass. The Nichols College Dean's List recognizes students who have achieved high grades during a single semester. In order to be included in the Dean's List, a student must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.2 for at least 12 credit-hours and receive no grade below a C+ during the semester. A student who earns a grade point average of 3.6 or higher is awarded Dean's High Honors.
Stonehill College, Easton MA
- Anthony Adamcewicz, Class of 2020, of Berlin, and Connor Ladd, Class of 2020, of Kensington, have been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2016 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.
