Crash Closes Part Of Route 5 In Berlin

BERLIN, CT — Part of Route 5 in Berlin is closed due to a crash with injuries, according to fire officials.

“Companies 2 and 3 are operating on the south bound side of Route 5 near the Route 9 ramps at a Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries,” officials wrote in a post on the Berlin Volunteer Fire Department’s Facebook page. “Southbound side of Route 5 is closed while companies continue to operate.”
