A man driving a sedan appeared to have crashed into the back of a truck at the intersection of Berlin Turnpike and Meadow Lane at approximately 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
The male was taken by Hunter's Ambulance to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Berlin and East Berlin Fire Departments were on scene.
