Freeland Bros. Construction Named Home Builders & Remodelers Association Remodeler of the Year

Tim Freeland, Owner of Freeland Bros Construction in East Berlin, was named the 2014 Remodeler of the Year by the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Central Connecticut (HBRA). Each year the HBRA recognizes those members that are doing exceptional work in their business, in the community, and for the HBRA. The award recognizes those individuals who have consistently dedicated themselves to efforts that strengthen the residential construction industry and improve the quality of life for their clients. Mr. Freeland was honored at the HBRA awards ceremony on September 25, 2014.

Mr. Freeland was also awarded the NAHB Remodeler of the Month in July 2014. These awards come as no surprise to those who know Tim and his dedication to a job well done. “Good building quality is a given,” says Freeland. “The key is good communication between the builder and the client, before, during and after the project.”

Tim Freeland’s thirty five years in the remodeling industry are reflected in the quality of work and high level of customer satisfaction.
