Kensington Resident Mary L. Tomczak, 98, Who Enjoyed Art, Swimming

Mary L. Tomczak, 98, of Kensington, died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the Hospital of Central CT @New Britain General.

Mary was born in New Britain, CT and was the daughter of the late Paul and Helen Danulevich.

She worked in sales for Lerner’s for several years. Mary had a passion for art and loved to swim during her free time.

Mary is survived by her daughter Virginia Catania of Unionville, CT. her sister Ann Joyce of Windsor, CT., her two grandsons Marcus and Anthony Catania and several nieces and nephews.

Mary was predeceased by her son-in-law Bob Catania and brother Joe Danulevich.

Funeral Rites for Mary will be held Tuesday December 2, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. from the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home, 764 Farmington Ave. New Britain, CT. Committal service and final resting place will be in the Polish National Catholic Cemetery, New Britain, CT. Relatives and friends may call at the Paul A. Shaker Funeral Home Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
