Laura Lagosz, 55; The Kensington Resident Worked for Hospital of Central Connecticut

Calling hours are scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5 with the funeral to be held on Friday, Feb. 6.

Laura (Motulko) Lagosz, 55, of Kensington, loving wife of Marian Lagosz for thirty years, died Sunday morning (February 1, 2015) at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain.

Born in New Britain, daughter of Dorothy (Matczak) Motulko and the late John Motulko, she graduated from Pulaski High School and the Morse School of Business, and was employed at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain. She was a member of St. Paul’s Church.

In addition to her husband and her mother, she is survived by two sisters, Diane Motulko of Orlando, Florida, and Nancy Motulko of Kensington, a brother-in-law, Frank Lagosz and his wife Barbara of Farmington, a sister-in-law, Janina Lagosz of Plainville, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Friday (February 6, 2015) at 9 am from Porter’s Funeral Home, 111 Chamberlain Highway, Kensington, with a Funeral Liturgy at 10am at St. Paul’s Church on Alling Street. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends and relatives are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday (February 5, 2015) from 5-8pm.
