A New Haven man was arrested Sunday on drug possession and motor vehicle charges, according to police.
BERLIN, CT - A New Haven man was arrested Sunday on drug possession and motor vehicle charges, according to police. Juan Ortiz, 39, was charged with operating under a suspended license, failure to have insurance, illegal possession, and second-degree breach of peace.
