Man Arrested For Ramming Berlin Cop Car, Ambulance
A Torrington man was arrested in connection with a 2017 incident.

BERLIN, CT - A Torrington man has been arrested after he allegedly struck a police cruiser and an ambulance with a stolen car in December 2017, according to the Hartford Courant. Aaron Rugar, 24, was extradited from Rhode Island on July 12 and arraigned in New Britain Superior Court July 13.
Rugar was charged with numerous motor vehicle violations, along with third-degree auto larceny and three counts of first-degree reckless endangerment. He was held on $75,000 bond.
