Meet A Cop Over Coffee In Berlin Friday
The Berlin Police Department is hosting another 'Coffee With A Cop' event at a local coffee place Friday morning.
BERLIN, CT — While a trip to Starbucks is usually reserved for fast caffeine fixes or afternoons working on a laptop, in Berlin on Friday, it will have a different feel.
The Berlin Police Department on Friday, Aug. 2, is hosting a regular "Coffee With A Cop" event at the Berlin Starbucks, 101 Farmington Ave., Berlin.
There, guests from 8 to 10 a.m. will be able to relax, have a cup of coffee (or any other fancy drink from "The Bucks"), and discuss law enforcement in the community.

Such events are seen as a great opportunity for the public to meet with police in a stress-free environment.
"Join us for coffee and conversation," reads the premise of Coffee With A Cop. "No agenda or speeches, just a chance to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers of your neighborhood."
