Need A New Job? Berlin Library Program Can Help
The Berlin-Peck Memorial Library is hosting office hours for the state-based American Job Center to help folks find work.
BERLIN, CT — Whether looking for a job or looking for a new job, a program Wednesday at the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library should help.
The State of Connecticut's "American Job Center" branch will be at the library, located at 234 Kensington Road, Berlin, to help folks navigate the job search process utilizing modern technology.
Job center representatives will be at the library from 2 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 3.

"Use our library’s computers with the navigator’s support to explore available programs, uncover exciting job opportunities, register for CTHires, and complete the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) pre-application to help individuals with barriers to employment obtain high-quality jobs and careers," wrote the library in an event announcement.
No registration is necessary and folks can just drop in for help during that period.
