
Thomas Richard Farr, 54, of Kensington, the loving husband of Michelle S. (Domingue) Farr, died Monday (December 26, 2011) in an accident on Route 6 in Bolton.
Born in New Britain, the son of James Frances Farr and Ann Delores (Calvo) Farr, he graduated from E.C. Goodwin Technical Institute in 1975, and was the owner of Farr Builders. He was a member of St. Paul Church, and was an avid hunter and gardner.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a son, Thomas J. Farr, and two daughters, Katherine and Rebecca Farr, all of Kensington, a sister Esther Farr, and a brother and sister-in-law, Jimmie and Marianne Farr, all of New Britain, a father-in-law a mother-in-law, Rene and Lucille Domingue of New Britain, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday (December 30, 2011) at 9am from Porter's Funeral Home, 111 Chamberlain Highway in Kensington, followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 10am at St. Paul Church, 485 Alling Street, Kensington.

Burial will be in Maple Cemetery, Berlin. Friends and relatives are invited to call at the funeral home on Thursday (December 29, 2011) from 5-8 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to cjsfundforucd.org that is for research for Urea Cycle Disorders in support of Tom's great-nephew.
