Overnight Fire Engulfs Berlin House

BERLIN, CT — An overnight fire necessitated deployment of all four Berlin fire companies at a cul-de-sac off of Berlin Street.

The blaze at 54 Sun Meadow Drive was reported at 1:41 a.m. The first car to arrive at the scene confirmed the home was fully involved in flames, and the occupants had evacuated, according to the Berlin Fire Department.

Town land records indicate the house is a 1,993 square foot contemporary, built in 1986.
