Now we'd like to ask a few questions about your reasons for running and your general views on politics and government. First, why are you seeking this office?
I have served on the Town Council since 2014 and have helped to guide Berlin's growth in the past and wish to do so in the future.
Please complete this statement: The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ___, and this is what I intend to do about it.
Being able to live within their means. By ensuring growth with fiscal responsibility, I believe Berlin residents can not only survive but thrive in our community.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
As a member of the Council since 2014, I believe I have the experience and knowledge to better serve my community.
If you are challenging an incumbent, in what way has the current officeholder failed the community?
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
Continued support of Education. Education is Expensive but ignorance is unaffordable. Continue support of our first responders and cultural growth of Berlin.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
Since the council acts together on most issues I feel my presence and speaking on the issues acts to persuade other council members for issues I feel are important to the town.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Treat others like you would like to be treated. (my Mom)
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
As everyone knows this is a volunteer position, and I have prided myself in serving the town as a volunteer in the past as serving on 4 charter revision committees, Berlin Library Board as well as the Berlin Drug Action Committee.
