Police Investigate Shots Fired Call In Berlin

The occupants of a car fired at another car in what police are calling a random incident.

BERLIN, CT β€” Police are investigating a shots fired incident. Police received 911 calls reporting shots fired in the area of High Road and Atwood Street at 1:30 Thursday afternoon.

The occupants of a white Infiniti Q50 fired shots at another vehicle while both were traveling north on High Road. The victim was not injured but their car was damaged.

The shooting appears to be random and not targeted, according to police.

Police said a white Infiniti Q50 with license plate AL 16081 was stolen from a Berlin home Nov. 26 and has not been recovered. It's not know whether it was involved in the shooting, but police said the description matches.
