Berlin Police are seeking the public's help in identifying who may own and was driving a white sedan whose occupants were seen swiping mail from a postal box on Summit Wood Drive.Police posted a video on Facebook on Wednesday that shows someone's arm reaching out of a rear passenger window and taking mail from the box.According to NBC Connecticut, <a href="http://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/local/Berlin-Police-Seek-Mail-Thieves-331117462.html?_osource=SocialFlowTwt_CTBrand" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">mail also was stolen from Linden Drive</a>.
