Presidents Day 2026 Impacts Announced In Berlin
Monday is Presidents Day, with towns and cities across Connecticut announcing multiple impacts on services.
BERLIN, CT — This Monday is Presidents Day, and several municipal impacts in town offices and schools have recently been announced.
In the Town of Berling, all municipal departments will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16, in observance of the holiday.
In addition, the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library will also be closed that day, town officials said.

The holiday will not impact the town's trash/recycling pickup schedule, and the normal schedule will apply, officials said.
Berlin schools are also closed on Monday, Feb. 16, and classes resume on Tuesday, Feb. 17.
