The Berlin-Peck Memorial Library this week released the winning, three-sentence romance story that won a contest last month.
BERLIN, CT — The Berlin-Peck Memorial Library did not specifically name the winner of its recent "Three-Sentence Romance Contest."
But it did release the romantic, three-sentence blurb that won.
Last month, the library at 234 Kensington Road, Berlin, conducted what it called the "Three Sentence Romance Contest."

Participants had only three sentences to write a love story.
Participants had until Feb. 28 to put in their entries and the library on Monday, March 10, released the winning entry (but not the romantic person who penned the missive).

It reads like this:
"Everything was set for the wedding. The dress was ready, venue booked, flowers ordered, band all set, honeymoon booked. The only thing Paige needed to do was choose the groom."
