Real Estate Firm Opens Berlin Office

BERLIN, CT — The town of Berlin is pleased to announce that CT Realty Pros, a full service real estate firm, has opened its doors at 1200 Farmington Avenue in Berlin.

Tracy McCleary and Bob Canto, co-owners, bring over 20 years of combined real estate experience as well as a team of eight agents to Berlin.

Tracy and Bob instill two vital goals in every member of their team of dedicated agents. The first being to provide top-notch professional service to anyone entrusting them with the important task of helping buy and sell property. The other, just as important, is to provide the same skill and care to helping the community.

Since opening in September 2016, CT Realty Pros has hosted two fundraising/food drives for the Berlin food pantry and Prudence Crandall, and have also contributed to multiple organizations such as the Berlin Police Association, UPBEAT and Willard PTO.

Growing up in town, Tracy didn't always appreciate the hometown charm Berlin had to offer; however, when it was time to open their business, there wasn’t any other place they considered - in the heart of the community on Farmington Avenue.

With over 16 years of experience in the real estate field herself, and as a real estate education instructor for over 12 years, Tracy has the knowledge and ability to make sure the CT Realty Pros team takes exceptional care of their clients during one of the biggest purchases they will ever make.

When Bob Canto decided to become a police officer, he had several options to choose from, but was drawn to Berlin, where he has actively served the community for nearly 12 years. Whether it's teaching DARE at the Elementary schools, keeping people safe while on patrol, or helping someone find the perfect house to call home, Bob has always focused on making a difference in people’s lives.

The company motto "A Commitment to Dedication and Integrity to Clients", is the paramount reason CT Realty Pros was started. “We look forward to being an intricate part of the town’s growth," said Tracy.
