Relay For Life of Berlin to Hold Team Captain Meeting
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Berlin invites team captains to the meeting on March 13.

From American Cancer Society, Inc, New England: The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Berlin invites team captains to the team captain meeting on March 13, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Berlin Community Center, 230 Kensington Road, Berlin.
The monthly meeting provides event updates and allows team captains to interact with the event leadership team, share their fundraising progress and successes, ask questions, learn how the community benefits from funds raised, and learn how cancer survivors and caregivers will be honored.
The Relay For Life movement unites communities across the globe to celebrate people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and take action for lifesaving change. Relay For Life events are community events where teams and individuals camp out at a school, park, or fairground and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Teams participant in fundraising in the months leading up to the event.

The Relay For Life movement is the world’s largest fundraising event to fight every cancer in every community. Last year, 225 people participated in the Berlin Relay For Life event and raised $43,153.75.
