BERLIN, CT — The Berlin-Peck Memorial Library is hosting free tax help for low- and middle-income taxpayers, especially seniors.

The library, located at 234 Kensington Road, Berlin, is hosting an AARP tax aide volunteer who will help those deal with their basic tax forms.
