Vigil for Orlando Shooting Victims to be Held in Berlin
The Islamic Association of Greater Hartford is hosting the vigil at its mosque on the Berlin Turnpike.

BERLIN, CT - A public vigil for the victims of the Orlando mass shootings will be held Tuesday in Berlin, the Meriden Record-Journal reported.
The Islamic Association of Greater Hartford is hosting the vigil at 7 p.m. at its mosque, which is located at 1781 Berlin Turnpike.
Reza Mansoor, president of the Islamic Association of Greater Hartford, said in a statement published by the Record-Journal, “We welcome the community to attend in solidarity with all Americans and especially the LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender) community in this difficult time. The way to defeat terrorism is to stand together and reject the hate.”
