Visions For Vacancies: Berlin

BERLIN, CT — Periodically, Berlin Patch will highlight a vacant commercial property and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use for it.

Forget what zone it’s in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. If you had your way, what would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?

Today we are featuring an 1,800 square foot space in Ridgeway Plaza, an office building at 1400 Berlin Turnpike, which is located just south of Route 9, with easy access to most major Connecticut highways.
