BERLIN, CT — Local officials Tuesday afternoon have issued a warning about a roaming coyote in town and are urging folks to take notice. The Town of Berlin said a coyote has been seen wandering around Little People's Playground and Kensington Road. "It appears healthy," wrote the the town.
